Genomics Proteomics Core
The Genomics Proteomics Core is a regional research resource housing state-of-the-art instrumentation and expertise in genomics, proteomics and bioinformatics. GP Core views interactions with the scientific community as research collaborations and is committed to providing high quality data and research consultation
Genomics
The overall objective of the Genomics Proteomics Core of the Rocky Mountain Regional Center of Excellence is to enhance, accelerate and reduce the costs associated with performing post-genomic experiments, while developing technology and platforms for more advanced studies.
Proteomics
Extensive customized proteomic support is provided to investigators. The GP-Core provides technical assistance in designing and performing proteomics studies, protein identification by tandem mass spectrometry\database query, and support for targeted or quantitative proteomics.
Bioinformatics
The Colorado State University Center for Bioinformatics (CSUCB) is tightly integrated with the RMRCE GP Core and is committed to providing bioinformatics services and resources to faculty, post-doctoral students, graduate students, and staff researchers at RMRCE institutions.
